My Travels

I found the website TravBuddy.com today and decided to map out my travels. I've seen a lot of North America but my world travels have been limited to the Southern Europe.

Imus Hype

Can we get over the Imus hype already. I'm not defending his actions but come on; We, as a nation, need to get thicker skins.

The worse thing about this are some of the people who are calling for his head. Al Sharpton's tirades against Jews are legendary. Reverend Sharpton's relationships with the Jewish community has improved somewhat over the years but according to his own standards he should not be allowed to speak on the air.

I feel bad for the Rutgers Woman's Basketball team. They are the one's that got slammed. I don't agree with some of their statements when they claimed that Imus spoiled their moment of glory with his remarks. No one can take away your accomplishments unless you let them. His statements in no way take away from the outstanding season that these ladies have had. Congratulation, ladies, for making it to the final four and may you make it there again next year.
